Rappell are able to manufacture type tested switchgear up to 6300A to IEC 61439 standard, all bespoke to every client’s specific requirements. Our switchboards can be made to suit a number of different forms of separation as indicated, to whichever form best suits your site and application. Rappell boards can be built to suit basic distribution for value, or they can be built to implement the latest innovations to future proof your installation – flexibility and reliability are cornerstones of what we offer.
By using a range of devices including Air Circuit Breakers, MCCBs, Fuse Switches, and MCBs we can cater for a variety of site needs – and our ability to use all major manufacturers such as ABB, Schneider, and Siemens among others, means we can match your specifications and also be able to offer like alternatives to add value or improve lead times.
Rappell will endeavour to utilise the most appropriate form of control for your switchboard, whether it be a manual castell system to automatic systems with PLC or G99 sync options in place. We will work with you to make sure the right system is in place to get yourdistribution running as your equire.
Rappell can use a number of metering manufacturers, including Rayleigh and Schneider, to make sure your new or existing BMS system is compatible with our switchboards – meaning that your energy monitoring at switchboard level can be seamlessly integrated with site.
